Mission Statement: Our mission at the Canadian Grocery HR Council is to enable a collective response to the food retail/wholesale industry’s human resource challenges.
Vision Statement: We aim to be a leader in providing credible, research-based human resources tools that help industry members develop a qualified workforce, reduce employee turnover and position the industry as a desirable career choice.
A collaborative approach
The Council works with numerous partner organizations to create a diverse, sophisticated and mutually supportive network of food retail/wholesale industry contacts across Canada. Our stakeholders include Council members, educators, businesses, associations, labour and government.
