Person in Charge
In the early 1990s Jason was one of Canada’s rising Paralympic stars. While pursuing his athletic dreams he took on a service clerk position to help pay his expenses. As he continued to bring home Paralympic medals he also moved up the job ladder to cashier and then into a customer service role. After retiring from sports, Jason took on a full-time cashier position and today carries the title of Person in Charge.

Bakery Department Clerk
After taking a few courses in cooking and baking, Erika knew she’d found something she would really enjoy doing as a job. She applied for a position in the bakery of the local grocery store—starting as a helper and quickly becoming a fully integrated member of the 10-person baking team. Today, Erika runs the ovens and also bakes breads and sweets.
