Janet has made a quick climb up the corporate ladder. In 2003 she took the job of Human Resources (HR) Officer. Today she is the company’s Director of HR, responsible for some 850 employees across more than 10 stores. Janet and her staff of six perform a wide range of tasks—recruiting and training employees, developing strategies for retaining staff, compensation, and health and safety.
